How long will it take to receive my handmade order?
As each Hope Macaulay piece is uniquely handmade to order by our team of artisans, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your item is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Northern Ireland. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
How should I care for my chunky knit garment?
To maintain the quality of your luxury knit, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Avoid hanging your knitwear to prevent stretching; instead, store it folded in a cool, dry place.
Are the materials used sustainable?
We are committed to ethical production. We use high-quality materials including biodegradable wool, vegan acrylic yarns, and recycled nylon to ensure our pieces are as kind to the planet as they are to your wardrobe.
