At Hope Macaulay, we want you to love your handmade pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for a refund or exchange on all unworn, original condition items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury tags and labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned knitwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
